Chocolate Bowls
Last year my mom got me an idea/cookbook. In it was chocolate bowls. This year I am going to either try making personal sized ones and filling them with a dessert (homemade pudding, ice cream....) or a big bowl again and fill it with individually wrapped homemade caramels. First you melt your white chocolate and pipe a design into a glass bowl. Once that it cooled (I put mine in the freezer) you melt your milk or dark chocolate and paint it on liberally (with a new clean paint/craft brush). Cool/freeze the bowl again. Once it is completely cooled place the bottom of the bowl in a sink of warm water. This will loosen the chocolate from the glass bowl. Slide the chocolate out and enjoy the beauty of it.
