If you are wondering if I know that my turkey is ugly or not....YES I KNOW IT IS. I forgot that turkeys are supposed to be a work of art....I will improve on that for next time. This recipe was sooooo YUMMY. I am not just saying that because this is the first Turkey I have made....thus being quite proud of myself. I cooked this turkey for the kids and I (Nate is out of town). The kids loved it too...although I am not sure they are the best judges as far as edibility goes. I have seen them eat play-doh, crayons, cat food....and worse. But when they are handing out complements...I don't judge....I just accept ;) Anyways...try it! You will not be disappointment. The drippings make KILLER gravy and the turkey is incredibly moist!
